a smile
with no care.

Piercing gaze,
tight bun,
a smirk
that looks like fun.

Sweatshirt,
dark jeans,
blue socks,
stars on the seams.

Black blazer,
red blouse,
pumps starting fires
to be doused.

The fear
is high in your eyes.
Mistaking your impression
for her guise.
