A quiet dream
hanging like a leaf
on a lopsided tree.
A crooked road
with thorns and briars
dancing free.
An open sky
reaching as far
as the calling sea.
I wholeheartedly chose
to live, love
and simply be.
It’s the best way
the magic
will find me.
